Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
User Conduct

Video Recording and Live Calls
Shoot Your Shot enables video recording and live video calls between users. By using these features:
- You consent to being recorded when participating in video interactions
- You must obtain consent from other participants before recording or sharing conversations
- You acknowledge that recordings may be stored and displayed on the Platform
- You agree not to record or share content without proper authorization
- You understand that live calls are subject to these terms and our content guidelines
Moderation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Review, monitor, and remove content at our discretion
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
- Modify or discontinue features without notice
Intellectual Property

Indemnification
